Coordinating Shipments with Less Manual Work
The client needed to automate the full lifecycle of cargo shipping — from the moment a shipment request is created through to final delivery. Truck transportation workflows depended heavily on manual coordination: phone calls, paperwork, and fragmented communication between shippers, carriers, and drivers all slowed execution and introduced unnecessary friction.

Building a Mobile Workflow for Shipment Execution
Alverden built a cross-platform mobile application to support the full operational flow of cargo shipping. The application runs natively on both iOS and Android, giving all participants — regardless of device — consistent access to the tools they need.
