Alverden developed an online booking service on top of a CRM system, empowering end-users make appointments for irrigation systems repair,
while automating order processing, appointment status tracking and email marketing management. From order placement to payment and invoicing, the solution automates the entire appointment process, thus, releasing the operators from paper-based work. Integrated with PayPal
and credit card payment gateway, the solution provides for online payment and invoicing. The UI was designed in line with specific
requirements of those having vision deficiencies.
