Challenge
Alverden decided to develop an application that would allow real estate industry in Belarus to benefit from the system of partner selling. The application should enable real estate agents to share information about clients and real estate available for sale, and, as a result, successfully close tough deals and increase sales.Solution
Alverden engineers implemented and launched the first partner selling system in Belarus. The system is realized as a web application with user-friendly interface and intuitive functionality. After logging in the application, real estate agents can create pages with the information about the real estate being sold or clients looking for a particular type of real estate, as well as the amount of fee for the help in closing a deal. Pages with the real estate can also be created automatically via adding a link to the relevant page on therealt .bywebsite , which the application is integrated with.The information added is available for all real estate agents using the application. For more intuitive search, Alverden engineers implemented filters allowing to quickly find the required real estate deals or clients by entering the relevant parameters, such as the type of real estate, city region, proximity to a particular metro station, etc. Today, the application is successfully launched and used by more than 100 real estate agents.
